Sam as a grapic novel
This is so special - A dog like Sam (Dutch:Toen kwam Sam), the first book I wrote about Sam, the miracle dog that appeared at my brother's farm in Canada, was published in France as Le choix de Sam by L'école des loirirs, in Maurice Lomré's translation, with the original illustrations, made by Philip Hopman. But now the publishing house of Rue de Sèvres bought the rights to turn the story into a graphic novel in the French language. This will be a whole new book, adapted and illustrated by comic artist Nicolas Pitz. Previously he adapted a children's book by the wonderful Italian author Davide Morisonotto - which makes me even more excited than I already was.
